Experience and approach

Has over 20 years of professional legal experience and has practised as an attorney since 2017. His background includes work in the state tax service, banking, legal consulting and senior in-house legal roles.

Represents businesses and individuals in commercial, administrative and civil disputes. His work includes challenges to regulatory decisions, loan and security obligations, distressed debt and enforcement against property.

Advises on insolvency proceedings, debt restructuring, collateral, corporate and contractual relationships, and construction and land projects. Experience across public authorities, financial institutions and businesses informs his assessment of risks and development of legal strategies.

University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Master’s degree in Law with honours.
