Experience and approach
An attorney since 2012 and an insolvency practitioner since 2013. Her experience includes court representation, insolvency proceedings, drafting procedural documents and participation in proceedings before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Combines legal expertise with strategic planning, analysis of companies’ financial position, and assessment of corporate and tax risks.
Taught commercial and corporate law at Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine from 2012 to 2017. She has published academic and practice-focused articles in specialist publications and participated in national and international academic and professional conferences.
Education and qualifications
Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Master’s degree in Law with honours.
MBA programmes: Caucasus School of Business, Caucasus University (Tbilisi), and University of Europe for Applied Sciences (Berlin).
